Nolensville’s home sales last week were about as impressive as the Arizona Cardinal’s performance in the NFC Championship game Sunday night. (Sorry, Cards fans).
Granted, some closings scheduled for Friday may have been cancelled due to the Great Blizzard of 2016, but I’ve got a hunch this list probably wouldn’t have looked much better, regardless.
But don’t fret – we’re still shaping up better than we did through the first 24 days of January 2015! Year to date, 16 homes have closed in Nolensville compared to 11 at the same point last year. And while January was a woeful month in 2015, we would go on to set a record-number of closings for the year as a whole.
Without further adieu, here is your breakdown of Nolensville TN single-family-residential transactions for the week ending 1/24/2016 as reported on MLS:
– Total sales closed: 2 (both in Williamson Co.)
– Highest closing price: $409,280 – 1284 Maybelle Pass in Bent Creek.
– Number of new construction homes sold: 1
– Number of existing (resale) homes sold: 1
– Avg. Days on Market for the existing (resale) homes sold: 41
