I’ll have your monthly sales totals/recap for April 2016 in a few days, but until then here’s a look at what Nolensville single-family homes closed out in MLS during the week ending 5/1/2016.
17 Nolensville addresses in Williamson, Davidson, and Rutherford county closed for prices between $250,950 and $630,000.
Here is the breakdown as reported on MLS:
– Total sales closed: 17 (2 Davidson, 2 Rutherford, 13 Williamson County.)
– Highest closing price: $630,000 – 2268 Skinner Road – a beautiful home on a little more than 5 acres
– Number of new construction homes sold: 9
– Number of existing (resale) homes sold: 8
– Avg. Days on Market for the existing (resale) homes sold: 71
A Whole Lot of People Are Moving to Middle Tennessee…
We hear the stats all the time: x number of people are moving to Nashville every day. The problem is… ‘x’ really varies depending on whom you speak with and under which criteria. What is fair to say is that it’s a whole honkin’ bunch of people. The Tennessean has a humorous article that tries to explain it.

Boy, the accolades just keep on coming in don’t they? The Tennessean has also has a write-up about how popular Music City is for weekend getaways. According to Thrillist, our fair city is tops in the country!
