Another 7 home purchase contracts were written over the last week in Nolensville (Williamson County), bringing the February total so far to 25. (18 of the contracts are for existing inventory).
The average days on market for the 18 existing home contracts was 32… but 7 of those homes were on the market four days or less.
Nolensville housing inventory continues sinking. As of this writing (5:40PM on 2/19/24), there are only 47 homes active/available for purchase in Nolensville (Williamson County) – the lowest number we’ve seen in 20 months.
All of this activity is happening even as mortgage rates hit 2024 highs this past Friday, according to Mortgage News Daily.
