It was a somewhat quiet start to the month of February as Nolensville saw only four single-family homes close the first week of the month.
Three of the four closings were new construction, with the lone resale coming in Ballenger Farms.
Here now is your breakdown of Nolensville TN single-family-residential transactions for the week ending 1/31/2016 as reported on MLS:
– Total sales closed: 4 (1 Davidson Co., 3 Williamson Co.)
– Highest closing price: $705,750 – 800 Delaware Ct. in the Benington subdivision.
– Number of new construction homes sold: 3
– Number of existing (resale) homes sold: 1
– Avg. Days on Market for the existing (resale) homes sold: 47
Real Estate Riches in Nashville…
The Nashville Business Journal reports that Nashville had a record year for real estate $$$ in 2015… even despite fewer transactions than in 2014. Goes to show that prices are through the roof!

CRS Conference in Orlando…
